Reviews and Ratings
The hotel has a charming traditional look combined with newly redone rooms that are sparkling clean, and the location is very convenient being in walking distance from many restaurants and shops. However, the service was rather disappointing, feeling unmotivated and lacking in friendliness. While the breakfast was good, it could also use some improvement in organization and variety.
I recently stayed at this hotel and found it very conveniently located, just a short walk from the beach and local restaurants. However, my experience in the rooms, unfortunately, didn't live up to expectations as they felt a bit stuffy and lacked the promised outdoor space. The service was decent, yet there were some issues with communication. Overall, it was a good value for money given the location, but I do hope they can improve the room conditions.
My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. While the location was beautiful and allowed for some great experiences, my sleep quality was significantly impacted by the noise from enthusiastic rugby players nearby. On the plus side, the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, but the facilities felt rather worn down and in need of renovation.
The hotel has a decent setup, with spacious rooms featuring two double beds and essential amenities like a flat-screen TV and a mini fridge. However, the location is somewhat far from key areas, and the dining service leaves much to be desired. The spacing out of the hotel from the breakfast and pool areas isn't ideal, and the parking gets quite congested due to tour buses. Overall, it offers good value for a quick stay, but there are significant areas for improvement.
The hotel has a fantastic location that makes it easy to walk to the nearby beach and town, and the staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. However, my room was quite small and overlooked a parking lot, which wasn’t the ideal view. I also encountered some minor service issues, like not receiving my change after a drinks bill. Despite these downsides, the hotel still offers good value for money overall.
I had an interesting stay at this hotel. The location is absolutely stunning, surrounded by beautiful hills and close to the beach, but the service left something to be desired. The rooms were spacious and offered amazing views, making it ideal for my family, but it’s a bit disappointing that housekeeping didn’t meet our expectations, especially on my birthday. The dining was adequate but could improve with better organization during busy times.
The hotel has a great location with nearby cafes and the beach, making it super convenient. The service is friendly and helpful, adding to the pleasant experience. However, the rooms had no view due to air conditioning units blocking it, and the dining options lacked variety. Overall, it feels family-friendly and comfortable, but improvements could definitely be made in the dining area.
My stay wasn't exactly what I hoped for. The hotel's location was great, close to the beach with friendly staff, but the rooms were too humid and uncomfortable. Being placed among a loud group made it tough to relax, especially because we had family with us. They have decent facilities, but some improvements are definitely needed.
I had an overall mixed experience at the hotel. The location is fantastic, just across from the lagoon and a short walk to the beach and local restaurants, making it really convenient. However, my stay was disrupted by loud rugby players, and the rooms aren't very soundproof, which was quite frustrating. The service, on the other hand, was spectacular and very accommodating, which I appreciated. The facilities could definitely use some upgrades, but the friendly staff made a positive difference.
I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The location was stunning, close to the beach and with a serene atmosphere, but the service was quite unhelpful. The room I stayed in was spacious but overlooked a busy parking area. Dining was hit-or-miss, and while the view from my balcony was pleasant, the overall experience didn't meet my expectations.
